Mattress was lumpy, pillows uncomfortable, probably worst I’ve ever experienced, window shades did not black out bright lights shining into our 2nd floor room, 3 night stay. Noticed some maintenance needs on property. Not the hosts fault but room 223 by elevator was noisy and some recalcitrant pubescent girls were knocking on the door, giggling, and running off. Oh well, I was young a long time ago.

This hotel wasn't any better than any other hotel of this rating. It was comfortable. BUT, what made this hotel a standout was the HUGE shopping village next door!! It was like another town tastefully planned out and with all kinds of shopping choices. There were medical office, eating establishments and SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING with amazing village decorations. LOVED IT!

This hotel is showing its age. We had problems sleeping in the hard bed. The toliet was right next to the bathroom sink, so it was difficult to do either task. The bathroom fan had a high pitched sound to it and it was always on! The window AC/heater unit had a high pitched sound as well. Between the bed and sounds, it was difficult to sleep.
No extra bedding that we could find.
We did like the space in the separate sitting room. We did like that we were close to the elevator.

Great stay
Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

I arranged the room for my wife and her friend-with-benefits to "use" while he was in town. They raved about how comfortable the bed was and how clean the room was.
