Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

I arranged the room for my wife and her friend-with-benefits to "use" while he was in town. They raved about how comfortable the bed was and how clean the room was.

We were initially issued a room that had a strong drainage stink. There was note of plumbing issue being fixed so they should have ensured room was ready for use, it was not. New room was issued right away but I
had to go get key instead of someone bringing it to me and ensuring the 2nd room was better. Water pressure from shower was so excessively strong that it hurt. Plus, since there was no shower liner, it forced water onto floor making a wet mess.

This property was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Staff went overboard to make sure we had everything we needed.

Convenient location, walking distance to Southlands shops and restaurants. Hotel is a bit tired. I've not seen an AC unit that old or noisy for years! Breakfast not great, but there is Village Inn very nearby.

I will be looking specifically for Fairfield inns and suites every time i go somewhere. It was a fantastic hotel! It spoiled me to where i dont rhink i could stay any place else. I highly recommended it!

It would be nice if they offered automatically offered room service. You have to ask for it.
