Room was very clean. Coffee pot had crud in it so we couldn't use it. Other than that everything was great. Very helpful friendly staff.

Great staff, pretty hotel, nice rooms and great indoor pool for the kids. My only critique was the showers had very strange varying pressures and wld cut in and out. Otherwise loved this property!

携程与酒店结账流程混乱，两方分别都问住客直接扣款，而且无对账流程，直到一个月后，信用卡被入账，自己仔细核对信用卡账单，才发现重复收费。如果自己不核对，就完全不会发现！而且反馈后始终拖着不退回，说酒店经理休假，一定要等他们双方结清，才能退消费者重复扣款的住宿费，经理不回来就要一直拖下去，风险全部转嫁给消费者…携程付款条件也很苛刻，全额提前付款且不可取消，被扣了2000多美金！谨慎在携程预订海外酒店！！！
接待和入住都很棒，房间也很棒。
可惜之后情况就变糟了。
我和妻子去餐厅吃饭，服务非常令人失望。
为我们安排座位并服务的年轻人显得非常冷漠，心不在焉，相处起来很不愉快，而且说话时非常沉默。
让我们觉得自己很不方便。
回到房间后，我们不得不忍受隔壁房间传来的一场漫长而激烈的争吵，这让我妻子非常不安。
我们不得不两次打电话给前台寻求帮助。
这绝对不是我们对这家酒店的期望。
一切都很棒，酒店很漂亮，而且非常安静。
提前入住要额外收费40美元，而且淋浴设施非常糟糕。
遗憾的是，这家酒店需要翻新和更好的管理。空调门关不上，开关时发出噪音，每个人都会听到。淋浴间里还有之前客人留下的脏毛巾。酒店设备发出的机械噪音也一直没有停止。
床硬得像石头，房间不值这个价。以后不会再住了。
漂亮的大套房，虽然距离 10 英里，但可以看到同名熨斗大厦的美景
