帮我们办理入住的那位女士非常烦躁,而且不太友好。唯一值得庆幸的是一位西班牙裔女孩,她负责了所有的早餐,并在我们退房前询问我们是否需要什么,她人很好。其他人都很烦躁,不太开心。
工作人员非常友好热情。免费早餐比预期的要好,毕竟这里规模较小,价格也比较便宜。还好酒店24小时供应咖啡和饮用水。我们房间所在的走廊闻起来有点奇怪,但还可以忍受。我在房间的折叠沙发床上发现了一只虫子,但不确定是我们从房间里带进来的还是它本来就在那里。套房有点狭窄,但还可以接受。只要你遵守基本标准,这次入住没有什么特别糟糕的。
浴室和毛巾都弥漫着烟味。我问了两个不同的员工是否可以换房间,他们说除非我“无法忍受”,否则不行。其中一个员工态度还不错,至少还算礼貌。我回到房间时,发现有什么东西被喷过,毛巾好像也换了。但第二天浴室里仍然有烟味。我以前抽烟,所以不妄加评判,但这次真的让我感觉很恶心。以后不会再住了。
酒店毫无通知就取消了我们的预订。我们半夜到达科罗拉多酒店才发现这件事。我们不得不匆忙寻找其他住处。酒店对我们当时的处境毫无同情心。
他们向我们收取了双倍的费用,而且还在争取退款。我们预订的是特大床套房,结果却给我们降级成了大床套房。他们还试图
收我们200多美元,就为了买几瓶汽水和洗衣服。
