酒店还不错，但房间有点旧了。服务挺好，但不会额外提供什么。餐饮不错，可以去点餐餐厅用餐，预订有点难，但如果真心想去还是能订到的。优点是饮料选择多，食物种类也丰富。动画表演和夜间节目在阿联酋地区算很不错的了。海岸线也非常好。缺点是管理实在太糟糕。
我们带着三个孩子（其中一个还是婴儿）入住，航班很早就到了。他们收取了190美元的提前入住费，考虑到房间确实很快就准备好了，而且我们到的也早，这一点没异议。但是！退房时，我们想延迟退房，却被告知所有房间都满了（我们是两个家庭，一共五个孩子，我们只要求至少能有一个房间），尽管我们是雅高酒店集团的常客，而且我们提前就知道航班会延迟9个小时！
然而，他们却给了一家旅行社15个房间，而这些房间里总共只有3个孩子！而且！雅高常客们请注意，他们只收了每间房20迪拉姆的延时费（我没说错，不是200，也不是2000，就是20迪拉姆！！！），而我们这些雅高酒店的常客，带着三个孩子（其中一个还是婴儿），他们却让我们一家人花1000迪拉姆吃顿晚餐（甚至不是提供房间）。在我们拒绝后，他们要求我们到大堂角落待着，甚至不准我们在酒店里拿水，还派人盯着我们。之后（除了我们，还有另外两个带孩子的家庭），我们就一直待在那里直到登机。
向酒店管理层致敬。你们真不是什么好人。
