Rooms were so spacious and clean. Beautiful suites - comfortable bed.
Enjoyed their bar and food area - had outdoor patio with fire pit.
Staff very helpful and polite.

This was a last minute change of plans — and was a gem of a find. The rate was great. Free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The room was spacious and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was most powerful spray. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is a bit off the interstate, but definitely worth a few extra minutes of travel time.

The Hyatt House was wonderful. Booked a King with a couch. Turned out to be a beautiful suite with a nice kitchen. Clean. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Safe area. The breakfast was amazing. Many choices of hot and cold selections.

I spent a week in Colorado Springs and got a room near the airport, not far from where my son and his family lives. The room was perfect for my time spent there. The room had a little kitchenette, living room area and separate shower area. The staff was super nice and helpful. Thank you for a nice stay. 😊

This was by far the WORST hotel stay we have ever had, and we’ve stayed at plenty of hotels. We didn’t get an ounce of sleep as our room faced the busiest road in Colorado Springs. Never staying there again!

Very nice facility. Everything up-to-date, clean, efficiently run. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating to some special needs. Shuttle driver was great in getting me to and from on time. Excellent location and would definitely recommend.
