Mostly a very positive stat at the PAMarriott
The check-in staff member was unfriendly & appeared to be doing us a big favor by serving us. No smile what so ever, The breakfast staff member, Lorraine, I believe was fantastic & did an excellent job serving our family. Omelette bar was great as well as the fresh fruit!

楼层噪音太大。预付房费的入住手续本应非常顺利，但万豪酒店却设法向我重复收取了房费。
非常不满意
晚上9点我联系了前台，告知我们会晚到。当时他们并没有提到我们会被安排到其他房间。
我们到达酒店后，前台说预订出了点问题，我们会被安排到Comfort Inn或喜来登酒店（距离6英里）。与此同时，4名空乘人员却被允许办理入住。
原因是钢铁工人大会导致我们被安排到其他房间。
他们说会全额退款并支付新房间的费用。我们选择Comfort Inn是因为它就在附近，而且我们需要休息。我们开车三个多小时才到万豪酒店，而且已经很晚了。我们第二天一早还要赶飞机。我问他们是否会知道我们会晚到，前台的女士说会。
我们到了Comfort Inn，发现酒店和房间的品质都不如Comfort Inn（两张双人床，而不是两张大床）。床也不怎么样（我们三个都有背痛）。她接到一个电话，却让我支付116美元的房费，我告诉她打电话给万豪酒店，因为是他们付的。她打了电话，然后帮我们办理了入住。
万豪酒店本可以在我打电话的时候告诉我，这样我们就可以直接去喜来登酒店签合同了。我非常生气，我提前将近一年预订并付款的房间，竟然在最后一刻被取消了，原因是酒店要举办一个会议，而且显然是在我全额付款之后才安排的。在我们到达时，我们又累又累，酒店还要安排我们入住，这太不应该了。退款加上支付一个条件差的房间的费用是不够的。
早餐令人失望，甚至连麦当劳的标准都达不到。
对于早班飞机前往机场来说，这家酒店很方便，而且住宿条件非常好。
