Our first night was noisy, we could hear people at the lobby laughing and talking.

Healthy options at breakfast! Delicious oatmeal and walnuts also hard boiled eggs so did not have to go down the unhealthy route for breakfast.

Recently remodeled and very nice, clean, modern. Rooms are small and tight but doable. Reasonable rate. Hot free breakfast and good coffee.

Given wrong room late night check in. I requested a mobility shower and 2 queen beds. They gave me a king with tub. By check in my pain was so bad I could not walk back to front desk and then move bags to new room. I have severe auto immune flares causing muscle stiffness and pain with inflamed painful joints. I felt so bad I decided to live with it. Checked in after 10pm after long day. Little did I know the abuse I was in for.
6 am alarm going off with burned cooking oil smoke wafting in room. Then staff turned on bright hallway overhead lights a little after 6 which leaked in around door frame & loudly banging pots and pans at 6am. Staff talking loudly. Even men doing repairs. I call front desk phone just rang endlessly. Could hear it ringing in my room also. Finally at 6:30 I throw sweat shirt and jeans on walk up to front desk, ask for manager, this witch gives me a dirty look and informs me she is the manager and I will have to wait. I finally give up standing there after 7/8 mins head back to the nightmare from h**l room.
I get a phone call 30 mins from Manager.rudely says can you come back up here? I explain the wrong room, the noise, the bright lights and the smoke in my room.. Her response "why didn't you complain last night?" WHAT thats her excuse for not giving me the room I reserved?
The lack of sleep make auto immune health issues much worse. Thanks to this nightmare hotel stay the day was a nightmare of pain

Our room was spotless, nice towels, wonderful bed and bedding. The Holiday Express staff was pleasant, quick check-in. Coffee available anytime at the front breakfast area. We haven't had breakfast yet, wich is included with your stay. Mini refrigerator and microwave in room. Price was reasonable, we would stay here again.
