Heat did not work well; it ran for about 30 min and then the a/c came on. We were up all night both nights cutting it on and off. We complained every day and nothing. The front desk clerk did come up the last night to try to help but she couldn't do anything. I left my number for a manager to call me for some type of resolution and nothing yet.

zero amenities were available as listed when I booked the room. construction was happening and the staff/management did nothing to try to make our stay a little better for the price we paid. It is the most expensive hotel in Johnstown and there was nothing to show for it. There was not even extra coffee pods to refil our in room coffee after our first night..... This was our second time stayng here and it will be our last.

Staff was certainly courteous. Room clean. However, the shower/sink water was light brown, then cleared up in a few minutes with each use. Perhaps due to the extensive maintenance/remodel work being done throughout the building. The room had, get this, not a single electrical outlet. The makeup/computer desk was right up against the heater/airconditioner blower outlet. Also, the toilet was apparently powered by a jet engine. We've never heard one so loud. Mildly overpriced for this level of accommodation.

Room was newly refurbished, beautiful and pretty quiet despite a full hotel. Staff were all quite friendly, entertainment close by and wonderful restaurant on site.

In the downtown area of Johnstown. They were under renovation. I did not like this part. I did not know they charged for parking.

Didn’t even stay. You guys can keep the money. The entire downtown is run down, random people all around, and smelled of ****. It was very dirty and felt dangerous. No way I was leaving my motorcycle out there to be stolen or vandalized. If the truth hurts, clean it up.

Property is under a major renovation. We were not made aware and there was construction going on adjacent to our room… our first day we listened to hammers all day.
