酒店回复: I am sorry that you experienced this situation. We had an unscheduled maintenance issue with the hot tub. This was not planned maintenance. Unfortunately, we had an issue with possible chemical imbalance that made us drain, refill, and reshock the whole hot tub. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this caused you during your stay, and did not meet your expectations. We will address the situation with the staff that was involved as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would love to have you stay with us again in the future sometime.

If you would like to discuss the issues with the staff, please give us a call at 717-560-0880.The property is actually the first Hilton Garden Inn in the USA, so we do have a vastly different layout in comparison with the newer Hilton Garden Inns. We are currently working on our plans to renovate but have not been able to set a start date just yet. We would like to hear from you so we know what needs to be improved. Hopefully you will give us another chance to show you what we can do.

The evening we checked in, your staff was very helpful. We asked about an apple orchard nearby, she was willing to give us directions to it.
The room was spacious and very clean which made our stay very enjoyable.
Would stay hear again if in the area.

All.of the staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. The entire hotel is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is older and the walls/doors are thin. We could hear the neighbors very well and they were not quiet. Overall our stay was very nice and we would stay there again. The desk staff were super nice! The only recommendation I have is for folks that pay for breakfast to be allowed to use paper plates and bowls to take some food with them when they’re rushing out the door to get to a soccer game on time. Thank you so much!

我预订这家酒店只是因为它有热水浴缸，而兰开斯特市中心的所有酒店都没有。我登记入住后告诉前台工作人员我们迫不及待地想使用热水浴缸。
我和丈夫来到充满香烟烟雾的房间，洗完澡后发现热水浴缸坏了。
我回到前台解释说这是我预订这家酒店而不是其他所有酒店的唯一原因，当我们几分钟前刚刚交谈时，他没有告诉我热水浴缸坏了。他翻了个白眼，没有安慰我。
对服务、酒店质量、沟通和对顾客的不尊重感到非常失望。
再也不会住在希尔顿花园酒店了！
工作人员不热情，并反对预订。酒店阴暗/像迷宫一样，破旧不堪。价格实惠的早餐选择有限，但大多数早餐都是免费的。这家酒店和员工的价格过高。
