coffee was always hot and breakfast had good choices. staff was helpful when needed. would def go back

Our stay was fine. The day of our check-in the two ladies in the lobby were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The next day when I went down for breakfast there was no one at the front desk. We got breakfast and I realized the front desk person was in the kitchen. When I was able to speak with her she was not as pleasant and friendly as the staff the day before. We decided to check out a day early (not because of this woman or the hotel). When I checked out she was again very short with me. I asked for a receipt, she said it would be emailed or she would have to print it. This was said in a rude way. I decided to wait on the email and I am still waiting.

Poor customer service
Check-in was 3pm and our room was not available for at least 35-40 min. past that time. We arrived 15 min early hoping we could check in early. We were told the room was “getting worked on”. As a customer and hotel member, this lack of service is unacceptable. We had to keep asking if our room was ready. No urgency at all. This is poor hotel management planning if you’re short on housekeepers. Also, we were placed in a room on the first floor with a bright flood light directly facing the outside of our bedroom and living room window. We asked if anything could be done to lessen the brightness so we could sleep, but the lobby associate said there was nothing that could be done. Expected better from this hotel.

Friendly staff during the day. However, I wish the evening lady provide me more information about the facilities and directions. Also, I told her about things not working at the room. She took note but they didn't fix the items. The breakfast was good.

Nice property, better than the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. Would recommend. Will be back.

Great hotel, friendly staff, good hot breakfast included. Our family really appreciated the location, right across the street from a beautiful shopping center with restaurants, outdoor entertainment, and a grocery store.

One night stay
The hotel was clean and the staff were very accomodating. My family and friends enjoyed the pool and playing basketball. The sofa bed mattress was a little thin and i could feel the springs but i was still able to get some rest. I was a little disappointed that the hotel website stated they had a local shuttle yet the front desk staff stated that they did not have one.

The building is in very good condition (kind of new looking). The facilities overall are fine. The swimming pool could be better maintained (the water wasn't that clean). The staff were helpful.
我很喜欢我们的套房 - 特大床房。它太完美了，看到这么大的屏幕电视真是太惊喜了，太棒了！床和枕头太舒服了，而且很干净，这通常不会发生。不想离开，感觉就像在家一样。
灯光从外面照进房间，怎么也照不黑。冰箱整晚发出很大的声音，很难入睡
