Wife and I loved the fresh/friendly air about this hotel. One of the best hotel experiences we've had in past 20 years! We didn't have any dislikes about this place.

Appreciated commercial style toaster! Room was very dark. It needs more/better lighting.
The bathroom was ridiculously small. No sink space . It was a triangle in the front corner of the room .Poor design.

It was hard to to walk the hill with mobility problems. Elevator was out. But all in all an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable. Our main complaint is that we reserved and paid for in advance a king room. Upon arriving i was informed that the property was overbooked and that we got bumped to a queen room. This was very disappointing and I am very dissatisfied with that particular arrangement.

I had stopped going to this hotel several years ago because they had the worst pillows I had ever used. Unfortunately, they still do. Also, the room they assigned us hadn't been cleaned at all, so they had to move us to the 4th floor and try again. Staff doesn't seem to be to be concerned about what is happening in their hotel.
