The staff was amazing. The Maid that did our room was so friendly and kind to my small children. The pool was great. Only complaint was how expensive the arcade games were. But my boys loved playing them so it was good. We loved everything about it. thank you so much

Staff upon check in was amazing , was greeted by Rosa. Very professional and easy check in . Warm Cookies are great and staff is friendly .Breakfast staff is efficient and welcoming . Good food and options. Hotel is very clean . Beds are extremely comfy . Very easy to get by the town by using Lyft or Ubers.

This hotel is fancy and beautiful. The main issue I have with many hotels/motels cheap and pricey is the shower water pressure. I have long hair and to wash it with shampoo and conditioner after each pool session takes an hour because the water pressure is low and takes a while to get the shampoo out.

房间的推拉门正对着正在进行的婚礼现场。想到玻璃另一边正热闹喧嚣，让人感到很不舒服。我们感觉被困住了，而且音乐声震耳欲聋，一直持续到晚上十点。床垫很硬，而且一侧还有一块奇怪的凸起，怎么也挪不动。
价格过高，令人失望。
千万别去这家酒店！周一晚上，我们房间的洗手池和淋浴都堵了。一夜之间，水慢慢地流了出来。第二天早上，我们冲了马桶，污水才顺着地漏流进淋浴间。房间里弥漫着一股令人作呕的污水臭味，简直让人作呕。我们赶紧收拾东西准备退房。
到了前台，我把情况告诉了接待员。她只是敷衍地道了歉，说因为我是通过*******预订的，所以他们无法提供任何补偿。她给了我一张主管的名片。我打电话留言，但截至2025年4月11日，仍然无人回复。看来他们收钱的时候很爽快，但房间不符合我们的预期，他们就置之不理了。如果这是一家低档经济型酒店，这种服务态度我还能接受，但希尔顿酒店竟然如此……
房间很小，价格过高，而且维护状况很差。我们卧室的门是坏的。
