周边环境安静
总的来说，这家酒店给人留下了不错的印象。有些员工很友好，看得出来他们尽力帮助住客。早餐比较简单。如果和同类连锁酒店相比，餐饮方面就差远了，缺少了一些种类。
房间里的空调系统噪音非常大。
走廊里的地毯给人的感觉好坏参半。泳池需要清洁了。而且酒店本身也该翻新了。
不过总的来说，考虑到我们支付的房费，这可能已经是性价比最高的选择了。
听朋友说一切都好。
设施旧了点
没有合适的厨刀，也没有煎锅。8点50分，早餐几乎什么都没剩了。问了服务员，他们也没回应，只是说：“不，自助餐不补货了。”“女士们”们懒得清理桌子。房间和淋浴间的窗帘都坏了。简直是希尔顿酒店品牌的耻辱。希望我们在曼哈顿华尔道夫酒店度假的最后几天情况能有所改善。
员工友善，房间干净。房间装饰略显陈旧。需要改善照明和更明亮的装饰。我们住的房间有一台便携式空调。效果不错，但他们应该在入住时告诉我们有空调以及原因。
1. 沙发床没有床单和枕头。我打电话给前台，没人接。我下楼去前台拿床单时，前台的工作人员态度很差，甚至说了一些粗话，抱怨自己已经连续工作16天了。
2. 马桶冲不出来。我打电话给前台，他们让我（客人）下楼去前台拿个冲水器。
3. 淋浴没有热水。
4. 房间有霉味。
抵达时房间的清洁度不太好。房间的特大床很干净，只是地板不太干净（仍然留有之前住户掉的头发），淋浴间的地板很久没打扫了，折叠沙发有黄色和棕色的污渍。
我租了一套两居室的套房。房间状况很差，而且没有好好打扫过。折叠床睡起来非常不舒服，床架甚至戳破了很薄的床垫。折叠起来的沙发状况很糟糕。垫子上满是破损和破洞。地板和角落里到处都是碎屑。希望套房能升级一下，得到更好的维护。
这是我第五次入住这里，而且一直没离开。这里非常安静，令人放松。房间太棒了！感觉就像住在豪华公寓里一样。我只是想来这里度假几天庆祝我的生日，我可能会再次入住这里。
