Modern, accommodating
I had a great experience during my stay! Juanita at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lady overseeing breakfast (I'm so sorry I didn’t catch her name — older, white, with blonde/light brown hair and glasses). She was wonderfully attentive and genuinely kind. She kept apologizing for the oven issue that caused a delay with the bacon, but honestly, she didn’t need to — her care and attention more than made up for it. Great staff really makes a difference, and they certainly did here!

The building and our room was very clean and very nice!!! The parking lot was full of garbage all over!!! You had to step around and over it!! The front desk clerks were less than friendly and the clerk that checked us in was in her car in a handicapped spot when we pulled in. She acted like it was a huge effort to help me check in and was very rude. The check out clerk wasn’t much better.

Juanita 绝对是这家酒店的门面人物；她的存在对酒店来说是一笔宝贵的财富。办理入住手续很快，她向我们介绍了酒店所有的设施，我们根本不需要再问任何问题。房间干净舒适；浴室里有蓬松的毛巾和充足的热水！泳池很棒，我孙子很喜欢。早餐很好。退房也很顺利。

餐厅里的工作人员很吵。清洁人员当着所有人的面和另一位工作人员争吵。
免费早餐里的炒鸡蛋做得很差。
其他一切都还不错，直到我们收拾行李准备离开。
我发现我的包里爬着一只臭虫。我把它放进一个密封袋里，退房时给前台经理看了。
除了保证会检查房间并道歉之外，前台什么也没说。
我们入住期间，房间没有提供干净的毛巾，早餐室的用品（没有糖）和清洁度（桌子没有保持干净）也很差，最糟糕的是，我们入住的两天淋浴都没有热水，直到退房那天才又出现了。我们之前住过这里，感觉酒店还不错，但这次入住体验非常令人失望。我们不会再住这里了。
