我们到达时，前台工作人员的服务非常棒。他们超级友好，还帮我们把行李搬上楼。这也是我给四星好评的唯一原因。电梯坏了，上下楼非常不方便，而且前台服务员一大早就没空帮我们把行李搬下去，赶在班车到来之前。浴室不太干净，我在淋浴间里发现了不属于我们自己的头发。房间整体质量很一般，有一盏灯闪烁不定，甚至不亮。总而言之，这房间不值这个价。
他们对待客人很不礼貌。
酒店状况还不错。我的被子和毛巾都很脏，不过他们确实处理好了。
我最不满意的是周六早上8点的园艺工。我来这里是为了放松，但他们直到11点多才停工。我再也不来这家酒店了。
