Had to go out of the way to ask for new towels and things, stayed there for 3 days staff never checked in to ask if we needed anything or come in to clean like they say they do.

Decent Hilton Garden Inn but we’ve stayed at far nicer HGI’s. 4 night stay without room service. Guests should not be expected to empty the 2 trash baskets.

The hotel is clean, nicely furnished, and the beds are comfortable. However, the staff is the best thing about this hotel. They are capable, thoughtful, cheerful, and kind. Maria, in the restaurant, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good meal.

Terrible food service
Over all experience was ok. Disappointed in the food service. Everything we tried to order they were out of. We ended up with chicken sandwiches that were dry and tasted like they came out of the freezer and were just warmed up. Very expensive for what we got.

Perfect for a one night stay enroute to a vacation. Staff was fine. Nice to have such a convenient restaurant right in the property.

I thought everyone I talked to was not only really nice, but also knew exactly what they were doing and could answer any questions, which was just great alone - but also the accommodations were very clean and nice. Breakfast was also great :) from other places I had a sort of low expectations - it was genuinely very nice, comfortable, and with good food.
