The only problem I had was there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Which I forget to mention to the front desk

The hotel was very nice! Very clean and updated. I like Hilton hotels, I have stayed in different properties often. We didn’t have breakfast at this particular hotel but it looked good as we were checking out. Parking was good, it felt safe inside and outside the hotel. Check was very easy. Please don’t change the check in process. I don’t want to have to check in via a kiosk or get me keys to the hotel room on my phone. Stay old school:)

Woman at front desk ALWAYS so friendly whenever we stay for our daughter’s college visits, very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast always great, rooms clean and comfortable.

Room next door had a baby or young child that cried all night long. I did not sleep. Not really your fault although better sound proofing might have helped.
