我们很享受这次住宿,入住办理快捷方便。我们会再次入住。员工友好热情,乐于助人,酒店位置优越,进出都很方便。
当我投诉隔壁一家人太吵时,前台的Crystal完全帮不上忙。那家人还在摔门、在走廊里放音乐,周日晚上10点多还互相吼叫。
客房服务人员还把我们的脏毛巾放了好几天,却没有更换卫生纸。我已经问过客房服务人员了,最后只好自己去拿。
房间里弥漫着霉味。我走进去时,冰箱已经拆下来了,而且坏了。我应该要求换个房间,但我太累了。
