当我投诉隔壁一家人太吵时，前台的Crystal完全帮不上忙。那家人还在摔门、在走廊里放音乐，周日晚上10点多还互相吼叫。
客房服务人员还把我们的脏毛巾放了好几天，却没有更换卫生纸。我已经问过客房服务人员了，最后只好自己去拿。
房间里弥漫着霉味。我走进去时，冰箱已经拆下来了，而且坏了。我应该要求换个房间，但我太累了。
