Pay to park? Why?
Great stay, newly renovated. Not sure why we have to pay to park when no one is checking the lot. I did not see security driving around in the lot.

The hotel is lovely the staff was lovely the room was lovely but the hotel was under construction they didn't warn us beforehand and it was very noisy and Dusty which is understandable but just wasn't expected

The property was under renovation which was understandable but did not bother to vacuum elevators the whole weekend I was there and had tripping hazards down the hallway to the elevator. Also construction occurred throughout the entire stay and hammering started at 8 am even on the weekends.

糟糕的客户服务
入住体验简直糟透了。我们本来想去泳池玩，但入住后才发现泳池已经停用。当然，我没能拿到退款，甚至连早餐补偿都没拿到。我们收到的只是一句抱歉。他们应该在网站上说明泳池已经停用。我女儿太失望了。
我一直在尝试向这家酒店申请退款。由于他们没有自来水，我最终没能入住。我至今仍未收到退款，酒店也没有任何联系我。
请注意，停车费每晚15美元，需另行支付。
