So The hotel had a great rating- we arrived later in the day- enough time to get to dinner and back out to our meeting time- got in at 1am, only to find the toilket didn't flush (too late to call anyone) the room smelled so bad of fresh paint (we were not informed of this make over and I have bad allergy to paint) and the shower leaked all over the floor, got coffee on the way out, it was cold.

The hotel is under renovation and for $200/night it would’ve been nice to know that was happening rather than walking down hallways where some of the rug was ripped up and you’re walking on flooring. There were rooms with their doors wide open that were being remodeled and it looked like a war zone. The tub water went down very slowly so you were standing in water while you were taking a shower. The walls are paper thin and can hear people closing their doors. I most likely would not stay here again. I paid $200 to stay in a war zone.

Three night stay at Hampton Hotel by Hilton
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice but Ida was particularly great and was engaging! Although the public areas were being renovated, the rooms were newly renovated and were excellent! King bed, new bathroom fit out with a walk in shower. It was a very comfortable stay. Location good with a shopping mall right next door, although many shops vacant but there was a Boscov’s which was like a discount department store with great savings. There was also a Texas Roadhouse steak house and Red Robin burger place right outside, very convenient. Only tried the steak house which was great! We would recommend this property highly.

The Hotel was under renovations... should have been given a discount... Colin at the front desk was so nice, so helpful... he gets a 10 out of 10!

Entire property was under construction. Very noisy but they did move us to a newly renovated room which was nice.

位置极佳，但我入住时酒店正在装修，我却没有收到任何通知。房间灯坏了，我到的那天晚上浴缸的一块碎片掉了，而且整天都在施工。
