Only thing that I wish to change is to make the hot tub bubbles work. But it is a big hot tub and the temperature is perfect.

When I arrived I was told that someone had already checked in under my name and credit card. I was told the manager would be back soon. I had to wait 25 minutes for the manager to arrive. She said it was alright she would reverse the check in and checked me in. I later found my credit card was charged 2 hours before my arrival. I received no apology or compensation for their error and the stress and inconvenience this caused me.

Our room had virtually no disturbing noise what so ever. We were able to relax, sleep watch TV ect. The pool and the Jacuzzi were amazing!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Sonester Select. The rooms are spacious and as "clean as a whistle". If you choose any other hotel to stay at while in Newport, I respectfully feel you made the wrong choice!! So having said that "ENJOY YOUR VISIT AT THE SONESTA SELECT". FOLKS!!

The property was easy to access and they reserved a nice, quiet room for us as we requested near the pool. Very appreciated. Because door to outside pool is still open pool was too cold to swim in. Hot tub was great, though. Neither outside fire pit or indoor fireplaces were on. Disappointing. Would have added some ambiance. Beds pretty hard. Shower had small draining issue. Overall ok. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

酒店回复: Thanks for staying. The pool does remain heated year round between 79 and 81 degrees to ensure health code compliance. If you do return the hotel staff is happy to help use the outdoor firepit controlled by a timer dial. We do hope to see you again.

The general grounds are manicured and clean. Lobby is attractive.
Room was small, tile in bathroom DIRTY so I can only imagine what’s in the rugs. Phone broken, walls chipped.
Bed was comfortable
