Overall hotel was clean. Pool and Hot Tub were clean . Surrounding area was quiet with plenty of free parking. Short drive to Newport area beaches and restaurants.

I reserved a room with a king bed and a double sofa bed. When it was time to use the sofa bed it was the size of a twin. The employee working at the time swore all the sofa beds were double and that she had worked there for years. But after showing her the picture of the bed, she said “oh well, I guess they are not all double”. Later on she said that her co-worker said that their hotel calls a twin bed a double. When I tried to ask for a manager, nobody was available.

酒店回复: I am sorry for the confusion with the size of the pull out. I did go and personally measure to find out it is an odd size between a Twin and Full. I will work to update our staff and ensure the 3rd party booking sites are aware the pull outs are neither Twin or Full to avoid any further confusion. Again, my apologies for the bed not being larger as you expected.

it was disappointing that there was no breakfast for the price of the room. I knew this prior to booking, however I booked because there was not much to choose from for the dates I needed.

Inconvenient
Room was booked for 4 adults. We checked in and there were only 2 sets of towels. Called for more and finally went to the desk to get some. Requested clean towels for the next day and again we had to ask for the correct number before we could Shower to go to a wedding. Very inconvenient.

The location is convenient, the pool was nice. The room size was ok, the refrigerator was missing all the shelves. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, I debated going to sleep in my car, I was so uncomfortable. The toilet didn't flush and I had to keep the top of the tank off to mess with the chain the entire stay. I am in the area often I stayed here when they 1st opened they went down hill in a hurry, very disappointing.

Beautiful spot, great for what you're paying for! The staff are incredibly kind and quick to help. Checking in and out was a super smooth and easy process. The beds were quite comfortable, and we found everything to our liking. Our room had a slightly musty smell, so we opened the door to air it out a bit. Otherwise it was 100% lovely all around. Many thanks to the staff for such an enjoyable stay!!!
