This place was terrible. The microwave didn't work, the hardline phone didn't work, housekeeping left towels all over the floor, didn't take out the trash, and the replacement towels I got had hairs on them (plural). They knocked over the ironing board and left water on the floor. Staff didn't take care of things and management never did get back to me about it.

In the fitness center, there were no towels, paper towels, wipes, hand sanitizer, cups, or water. ZERO supplies. Gross and unsanitary.

Water stained carpet upon entry to room and throughout room, non working phone, no housekeeping services ( only every other day). Breakfast- stale fereal, cold eggs and hot cereal. Very underwhelming.

This was the worst stay I have ever had in a Hilton property. We changed rooms 3 times as during our inspection, each room had mattresses with urine, blood, sweat, or fecal stains on them. They told us "we aren't the right fit for their hotel" and offered us to check out. We explained there was no where to go and we were here for a funeral with my senior parents, and asked for a partial refund so we had parity between the room cost and the quality of the room. We were refused. The only accomodation made was to give us extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which we used to add further barriers from the dirty mattresses. There were long hairs in the shower on check in, dirty toothpaste flecks on the mirrors, and garbage behind the bed. The included breakfast was inedible.
The icing on the cake was we had a sudden refund come through on our account yesterday and thought the hotel had regained compassion, only for it to vanish overnight. Avoid, and stay anywhere else. A cheap motel would have been cleaner and provided us a better night sleep.
