The complimentary breakfast was not appealing at all. Just like all the other hotel complimentary breakfasts. No one would pay for a breakfast selection like that.

When we checked in found there was an empty box of white claw in the room as well as no ice bucket. Went down while on a trip to the car and told the desk clerk. Said they would take care of it. Never saw anyone or recieved ice bucket. The shower doors whould not stay closed so we had to stick a face cloth between the two panes of glass to hild them closed to keep the rest of the bathroom from being sprayed by water

Front desk person was amazing and made the stay comfortable. Just need better choices with breakfast because they serve the same thing everyday and the 2nd time I ate breakfast the omelettes were burnt. Would definitely go back

I specifically picked my room to have two queen sized beds. Once I checked in and went to my room there was one king size bed and a pull out couch. I went back to the front desk to check because if they had give me the wrong room. The lady at the front desk said well since you checked in late there are no more double bed rooms available. How is it the customers fault that you had no other rooms like the one I requested and paid for? The pull out “bed” was literally like sleeping on the floor or maybe the flooor would probably be more comfortable. I even asked for later check out since no one who slept on the couch could sleep at all! And my response from the manager was ma’am I can give you 30 extra minutes we have other groups coming in. This customer service and arrangement they made was the worse one I have encountered with.

I have stayed at this hotel on 4 occassions over 3 years, as it is close to our business, when I travel from the UK. On each occassion there has been been no change in customer service, cleanliness or breakfast. Well done to all who work there

Parking felt safe. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The public seating/breakfast area was pleasant to sit & relax for a little while in the morning.

Great stay and room! Only down side was that there seemed to be a birthday party at the pool and the group was acting like they rented the space out and were rude to others using the shared space.

我们预订了一间带两张床的房间，供两位父母和一个孩子住。但我们晚上很晚才到酒店，结果却被告知只剩下一间带一张床和一张沙发床的房间了。我们还得额外要毯子和毛巾，然后自己铺好沙发床。早餐是基本款，用的是纸盘子和塑料餐具。
