酒店回复: I apologize for the issues you reported through the reviews. Did you report these during your 4 day stay? I was looking for a record reporting the problems, but didn't see one. We would have been ready to correct any issues with your room. We do have a preventative maintenance program that reviews the items in the rooms that you mentioned, and our housekeeping services are explained on our website and at check in. Guests can request additional housekeeping service by contacting the front desk. I will ask our maintenance team to look at the dishwasher in the room and the door latch to make sure they meet the standards. We currently run the dishwasher on a quick cycle after every checkout to make sure they work and that there is no standing water in the drains (smell). Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

After looking into this situation, It looks as though you had a reservation for Friday 5/16 for an accessible one bedroom suite and that someone requested a change through ******* for an arrival date of Thursday 5/15 in a two bedroom suite. The change made through ******* was never confirmed with the property, In fact, the reservation should not have been able to be made because we had been sold out of two bedroom suites weeks in advance. I also understand that Ashley offered and made the call to the Hilton Garden Inn and made the reservation for you so that you were not stranded without a room. We never received the reservation change and because of how ******* handled it in the current reservation arriving on 5/16 instead of making a new reservation, no new confirmation from the property to ******* was issued. The only hotel confirmation is the arrival on 5/16 for the accessible unit. ******* made the change for the date and room type in their system, but it did not transfer to the property. I apologize for the situation you encountered.
酒店回复: While we are very flexible when flights are canceled, this reservation needed to be cancelled through *******. The points reservation cannot be cancelled and to change dates, you would need to contact Hilton directly. This was explained over the phone, and then the connection was terminated outside the hotel.

酒店干净整洁,泳池和热水浴缸也很棒。我们的套房非常适合两位成人和两位儿童入住。附近有餐厅。入住手续便捷,员工友好,真是锦上添花!
