We are upset about the lack of safety outside of the pool area. There is a really bad algae build up and my niece fell and skinned her leg up. She's 2. Several people were notified, nothing had been done after 3 days. Multiple people have slipped just walking nearby, Several other spots around the concrete are slippery from the A/C units. There are loose handles in our shower that should be addressed, to prevent injury, and our fridge barely keeps lukewarm. Lastly, the latch on the door when pulled behind (when leaving) is sticking, and sometimes doesn't secure the door. Especially when we have dogs. Most of the exterior of the hotel is somehow blocked off and under construction. What they are fixing… no one knows.
Worst hotel stay ever. Will not recommend to anyone

We stayed here to visit the MCRD and found the e property under construction and some inconsistent rules about the doors being inaccessible or locked to enter/exit the hotel. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Work going on to update facade/entrance. Rooms clean and tidy. Location not convenient being buried behind shops etc on busy road. Garden area needs major attention.

The staff are incredible, as well as the breakfast. The property was being renovated which I wish we received a heads up prior to this. Also, we did find a cockroach in one of the rooms we purchased. Although, it was overall a nice stay.

I rented here partially because of the outdoor pool and it was closed. The water pressure in the room was terrible. The maid service never cleaned or restocked the room and we had to call the desk. The desk responded quickly and they were great.
