The bathroom had so much mold. The shower head was covered in mold. Black mold in the corner of the first room they put us in. The fitness center was not that clean.

The parking was below adequate. The staff was nice, Stephan was especially helpful.
Needed change for a $20 & they were unable to do that. Laundry was coin operated, unable to get that; suggest using the Square pay QR codes. Breakfast was very good, didn’t make it to the late afternoon snacks & beverages but that’s a very nice service. The area had lots of construction & the McDonalds within walking distance was totally mismanaged.
Beware of the potholes in the city!

There was inadequate parking which meant we had to park in a parking structure across from the hotel which felt unsafe when coming in at night. The cleaning crew failed to fully replenish the towels (no wash cloths) after cleaning the room and when I called to request more towels it took several attempts to even get someone on the phone and when I finally did they told me I’d have to come get them. The next day it was the same thing, I went to the front desk to get more towels and the person at the front desk never even looked at from his phone to acknowledge me. He went to the back to get towels and was back there for quite a while. Another staff member came by while I was waiting and asked if everything was ok and I told him that someone was supposed to be helping but I’m not really sure if he even understood what I was asking as he never looked up at me. He went to the back to help and magically the first person came out with the towels. Turns out he was in the back just on his phone while I was waiting. Just not a great experience.

Rooms need updating and maintenance. Bathroom door split and separations along the entire lower door. Bathtub grout was very weathered and dinged

Had to wait out front in lobby for 10 minutes to check in before anyone showed up.. He wasn't very warm or courteous when we checked in. Could have been better for sure.

我们旅行时总是选择假日酒店（洲际酒店集团旗下），之前入住体验都很好。但这次在查尔斯顿智选假日套房酒店的体验却令人失望，因为他们提供的信息前后不一致。
预订前，我特意打电话给酒店，核实所有细节。我询问了房价、停车费、早餐、服务犬政策以及大床房的空余情况。前台工作人员（Yolanda）告诉了我房价，说还有六间房可订，确认停车费是15美元，早餐包含在内，并明确表示我们的服务犬不收取任何费用。
然而，办理入住时，工作人员却说要收取50美元的服务犬费，尽管其他所有条件都没有变化。这让人感到非常沮丧和失望——特别是我们之前住过同一酒店集团的酒店，从未被收取过服务犬费用。
另一个问题是：我在预订时特别备注了需要一间隔音房，但他们却给了我们一间连通房。不幸的是，隔壁的客人抱怨不断，这让我们的入住体验很不舒服。
除了这些问题，房间很干净，空调运作良好，其他一切都还不错。Alysa在早餐时热情地招待了我们。我们希望酒店未来能改进沟通，并更好地满足客人的要求。

房间和浴室都很脏，而且有一股难闻的气味。淋浴间也很脏。房间里几乎没有任何用品。恒温器设置在60度——简直冷得要命！
