Overall the stay was okay. I requested my room to be cleaned & it never happened even with my sign on the door to signal I wanted it clean, talking to the housekeeper AND communicating this with the front desk staff. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk agent I was told the housekeeping staff left for the day & I was given snacks from the hotel store to accommodate the mistake

This was actually my second trip to Charleston and my second time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Very nice Accommodations and Very nice staff. The room was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again .

Good property. Requested a king got two queens. Fixed it but a hassle. Great to have a lighted make up mirror but it was broke. Comfortable bed and nice updated rooms. Would return.

The property is near shopping centers has a lot of potential need better staff that understands how hospitality goes a long way in keeping hotel traffic going rooms need to be updated too many things broken that needed repair the phone was not working the bathroom had a hole in the wall ice machine broken

stupid experience！！！Only stayed one night but charge two nights fee, really disappointing!!!
没有经过同意信用卡乱扣费，住一晚扣两晚房费也不给退钱
我们多次致电前台要求清除浴室墙上的血迹。入住时就发现了这个问题，但一直没有得到解决。门锁被人动过手脚，外卖送错了，没有提供详细的收据，而且总价远远超出预期。我们致电酒店和皇冠假日酒店寻求帮助，却被敷衍搪塞，最后还被自动语音服务挂断了电话。
不太好。
第二部电梯经常坏，就算能用，也经常有人被困在里面。浴室的淋浴喷头都快掉下来了。电视也看不了，而且整体卫生状况很差。我不推荐住这里。
床底下发现了内衣裤。地毯上有塑料碎片，显然没吸尘。他们给我的第一个房间卫生间厕所附近有积水。这家酒店需要翻新和装修！
我们入住的两晚，大堂里都有吵闹的派对，一直持续到凌晨两点。根本没睡着。电梯坏了。人手不足。卫生状况很差。
