酒店回复: Unfortunately, the advance purchase through the 3rd party did not go through on the hotel end as explained at checkout. We had to get payment for room to checkout and said we would investigate. Also, I did not charge you a late checkout fee....leaving after 2:30pm and checkout is 12pm, so do not know how this is terrible.

The room was quiet and comfy, and the bed clean and there were lots of pillows. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The gentleman who checked us in had a football in his hands & a huge smile on his face. Very welcoming & ready to help. Our room is very comfortable & the 3:30 am shuttle to the airport is a huge convenience!
