Clean room. Nice breakfast options. Nice outdoor space. Functional rooms. Bed is on the firmer side. Pillows look good but they are down/feather and go flat while sleeping. A lot of technology issues: TV channels not working. TV greeted me with 3 different guest names (none of which were me) and checked me out 1 day early leaving my key cards not working.

Woke up in middle of night to use bathroom and when I turned on the light roaches were everywhere. We had two children sound asleep and hotel full. Nowhere to go. Next day daughter said sh re saw roach on nightstand and dresser. I am so worried roach/eggs may be in our stuff. When I told young woman in morning at desk. She didn’t appear shocked and acted like she could care less. Young woman of color Saturday morning and Sunday morning rude The young white man that checked us in Saturday had incredible customer service skills. $208 for roach infested hotel.

Basketball court was a nice amenity to use. The weather was perfect for the pool, but the pool closed on Oct 1 which was unfortunate.

The Staff was Amazing, Friendly,and Helpful especially Erica,and the Head housekeeper(a male, didn't catch his name)! As a pescatarian Ive never stayed @ a hotel that offered plant based breakfast, so when I saw they did i was so excited! Thank U ❤️ 😊

The staff wasn’t friendly. The room was incorrectly described and didn’t fit my family’s needs. After walking in the room and realizing the need for a different room I went to the front desk and was told this is the room that i reserved…Very unhappy with my stay.

The room was clean except for a hair under the toilet seat. Staff charged me twice for the same room but said 1 charge will be refunded. The couch has a pull out bed but wasn't very comfortable to sit on. I would still stay here again. Was not able to try breakfast or coffee.

This was a great place to stay. It was about 10 minutes from Fort Jackson which was a huge relief when having to get in post for graduation.

网站上的房间图片和我实际入住的房间不太一样。电视显示日期是2004年12月28日，导致频道指南完全没用（前台说第二天会有技术人员来修）。我们的马桶整晚都在断断续续地流水。电视机放在床的右侧，而不是像大多数酒店房间那样正对着床。自助早餐的热食选择有些奇怪，不是常见的炒蛋、培根、香肠和土豆。总的来说，只能打3分（满分5分）。
酒店整体来说还算干净，但客房清洁服务实在太差了。我们得打电话让他们来打扫房间，而且即便来了，也只是敷衍了事。那个客房清洁工真是太懒了。
