I booked one night through *******, and the next day I made a reservation for another night. The hotel charged me twice for the room. The front desk phone number doesn't work.

Bed not comfortable, the door lock to our room was broken, we put our towels in the floor for pick up like the note in the bathroom said, but housekeeping never came to our room. We had to call to the front desk for fresh towels.
