Cleanest hotel I've been in for a while. The pool was great. Only downside from our room was the bathroom door didn't lock and the shower drained slowly. I went an hour and a half after they started serving breakfast and it was still really good.

This was one of the best places we stayed on our trip. Everything about it was great, including local transportation, cleanliness, comfort. Great breakfast. The only issue is they don’t have a bar.

Great stay. The address on my hotel incidentals receipt was not correct. Front desk had to manually change it to my correct address.
Enjoyed the lovely hot tub before yummy breakfast!

Not sure how many of the rooms are remodeled but the one we got was and was very nice. They have a good morning breakfast and while they don't have a fitness center onsite, they provide free access to the well-equipped Durango Rec Center just a mile down the street - if you're looking for weights or some post-hiking light exercises. Hadn't stayed there before but would definitely recommend.

Room location even after request with 2 kids was terrible next to exit door. The window view was like a wall outside it and it felt like u are in a fortress covered with wall.

The room I stayed in, room 210, needs new carpeting. I cut open my toe at the foot of the bed because of an exposed staple in the carpet.
