It was an older hotel and didn't seem like it was kept up much. Also, the bathtub and sink weren't cleaned. The breakfast was as advertised.

Everything was great except my unwanted visitor. I had a palmetto bug in the bathroom. Having lived in the south I know they are part of life. I also wish there were softer pilllows.

The night shift was great. I rented two rooms I pay for both. My room was horrible the noises 😫 ofsomebodt doing mechanic work Till almost midnight then earlier morning. The smell of some smoking was real bad. The bathtub was with mildew, bugs 🐛 inside the bath tub. They was plastic keep moving as I seeing the black accumulation of dark mildew it was late at night couldn't ask to move to another's room I was exhausted. I did mentioned about disturbance though the receptionist was kind and the person to stop. At the end did not follow sleep until four AM. The people starting fix the car again. I sleep about three hours. In the morning we when to get breakfast which was not full breakfast. They have continental breakfasts. The morning staff receptionist lock me out twice. And my friend as well. Do not recommend the hotel at all My friend's room was clean and she has a fully functional bathtub and much cleaner room. For me that pay full price for the rooms was not. If you need to see the bathtub of the bugs I took photos. Available upon request. I will not stay there again

I got to my room and there was what looked like blood splatted on the ceiling and door. The hotel staff gave me a new room. I appreciated that but it was an inconvenience. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of raisin bran fruit loops, waffles, yogurt and coffee. Would not stay again.

We have +/- 20 bugs into the room and in the toilet. Unbealavable. We need a discount for this night

The staff was helpful and friendly, hotel easy to get in and out, everything needed (shopping and dining) were within walking distance, hotel was quiet, and the room was clean with upgraded bed, mirrors, lighting, furniture and appliances. Overall great. However, the breakfast was not ideal. There was cereal, waffles and yogurt. That is all. Not desirable for someone who is looking for healthier options such as boiled eggs, oatmeal, or fruit. Gluten free? Bring your own breakfast. All in all, we will stay here again because the breakfast was small potatoes compared to the overall hotel experience. Thank you!
