We called for extra pillows through the night but never got them nor did the staff call back and explain why we couldnt receive the pillows we asked for. Because of the types of pillows we had, I woke up having severe neck pain.

The staff were all so helpful and nice, but when we went into our room, there was a mildew smell and that was very unpleasant, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I hate to complain, but those are things that I think are very important when staying in a hotel. The location was great and was not far from anything.

They all were amazing!!!! First I had booked the wrong hotel and the nice young lady told me to call and cancel my reservation and she would waive the fee and I was able to book the correct hotel and that young lady was amazing as well.

Everything was great. I really appreciate the 24 hr coffee avaliable in the lobby. Location is great in a nice safe, clean area with access to a lot.

Rooms are dated, but not overly so. Area around hotel is mostly residential but sketchy 200 yds away at night near local restaurants.

Not the normal Hilton chain experience
I requested a room with a walk in shower, because I have bad knees, I was given a room with a bathtub. It seems I was updated to a suite, I paid for a regular King size room, the suite was in poor condition. Wallpaper was falling off the wall, deadbolt lock on door was VERY hard to lock, the only real good thing was the bed was comfortable, that was a 10 out of 10.

Check in—we had to wait 20 minutes to check in at 8:20 pm
Room—no AC. Staff did nothing after two requests. Upon 3rd request, a kind woman “Shelley” was able to move us.
Room—black mold in bathroom

I’ve stayed at this property several times and always been satisfied. It’s very convenient to NNPTC and restaurants and shopping. The traffic in this whole area is terrible so be ready for that!
