很棒的城市，地理位置也很好
位置很好，房间也不错。
地理位置优越——步行即可轻松游览——免费停车——价格合理——早餐不错——房间干净宽敞。
房间地板潮湿，霉味很重。房间里安装了空气净化器（不是除湿机），我们入住的三天里一直开着，但对除臭毫无帮助。据说没有其他房间了。没有折扣，也没有提供任何形式的补偿。
这家酒店除了床之外，一切都完美无缺。但是床太硬了……硬到我在那里度过了漫长的四个晚上，现在我还没从那段经历中恢复过来。
但是，如果你能接受水泥板，这家酒店绝对是你的不二之选。它的位置非常棒，去购物中心、餐厅都很方便，而且沿着高速公路可以方便地到达罗利和达勒姆。我住过的汉普顿酒店里，从来没有哪家酒店的床不够好，直到这家。我只能说：真希望你们能解决这个问题……320房间需要的是床，而不是水泥板！
我的信用卡被重复扣款
总的来说，我在这家酒店的体验很愉快，直到退房的时候才发现。当时电脑出现了一些技术问题，导致我的信用卡被错误地重复扣款。我已经多次联系假日酒店客服和酒店，希望能够解决这个问题，但我仍然不清楚这个问题何时能够得到解决。
