The building was undergoing renovations- which were on the other end of the hotel-- but the room carpet was dirty and damp--very uncomfortble to walk in bare feet - had to wear shoes all the time. the bed was soft - but manageable.
The staff--especially the late evening mgr went out of his way to book us dinner reservations and was very cheerful

Creepy and deserted! Place looks like it’s under maybe a renovation but still took my reservation! I’ve not seen one other guest here, only two employees. If I didn’t just drive 9 hours I’d find some where else. The paint is peeling carpet is heavily stained and it smells. You gotta be effinh kidding me!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful, but the hotel was nasty. I had to change rooms because the first reeked of smoke. The second was so dirty and run down that I ended up leaving and finding another hotel. They were kind enough to refund my money.

Room was moldy and musty and I have bronchial asthma and could not breathe. Paint and plaster were falling off the ceiling. Just overall nasty. We lost about $100 dollars cause the on site manager said it was non refundable he gave me a manager’s card and said to call him and he MIGHT give me my money back because of the condition of the hotel.

Getting to the facility was a headache. They were doing street resurfacing on a Friday night! A BUSY NIGHT!! right in front of the entrance which made it hard to get in and out. The hotel is going thru renovations so there crap everywhere in the parking lot. The lobby was really old and nasty. I didn’t even want to walk on the rug with shoes on going to the second floor where my room was. When l turned down my bed there were little black curls hairs in it. So l moved to the other bed and it had some too. I did the best l could to get them out so l could sleep. I triple checked the pillows and they seemed to be ok. The room was quiet and the a/c worked great.
