Started out Great . The room was neglected , the first 3 days
days No one checked the room had to ask for fresh towels, 2 dayes later asked if they could change the bed linen , no one came. The TV stopped working, then when it came on only able to get 4 channels, reported it , the clerk said that she check it but it didn't work. Both desk clerks was not very pleasant. The bed was finally changed on the 5th day.. nothing was done after that the elevator smelled like mold, i was ther 7 days. I appreciate that it was convenient.

Hotel didn’t have Breakfast like it was supposed too, carpeting in hotel was disgusting, dirty. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, check is at 3pm, we got to the hotel at 6:30pm. Had to get towels, TP and box of Kleenex from front desk, none in the room. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. The smell in the hotel was awful, moldy smell. Ice machine on first floor was un-plugged and told to go to 3rd floor for ice. Telephone in room didn’t work at all. Never told that they were remodeling hotel until after we checked in. Renovation’s were being done on 5th Floor. When asked why there wasn’t breakfast I was told they don’t have enough employees to police the area so homeless people don’t come in and eat. Very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Poorly kept hotel. The parking lot looked like abandoned building. Broken down cars with flat tires weeds poorly kept shrubs etc. hallways dirty, elevator was old, the bed was hard, ac was loud, no washcloths, outlet did not work in room. Coffe machine in room had no coffee and machine would not work. Paid 100 dollars. I guess you get what you pay for.

The exterior/landscaping was poorly maintained.
A lot of dirt, tree roots, trash. The property is rundown.

Please place a note in your listing that the hotel was under renovation.
Placed a reservation, checked into the room, received the keys and then was informed about the renovation?
This way I could make the decision about whether to stay there
And the curtain in the room, on the first floor, was not made so you could close it.
only the shear could be pulled to.
I could understand this on any floor other that street level?
Staff was friendly.

Disappointed is an understatement.
Upon check-in informed that due to renovations
Fitness center - CLOSED
Pool - CLOSED
No complimentary breakfast.
In my room:
Refrigerator - BROKEN
Bedside lamp, - no lightbulb
Hair Dryer - BROKEN
Discovered the broken hair dryer after the shower when my hair was dripping wet I was told there weren't any additional hair dryers - they could call maintenance but he was not on property so they didn't know how long the wait might be! My only option was to leave with wet hair.
I understand renovations but the consumer should be informed upon booking of any ammenities that are unavailable. Basically you are paying for a bed and a shower.

Parking was good. Property under renovation, no notice that breakfast wasn't available. Staff was good but it wasn't very clean and the toliet ran constantly.

We arrived to be told the hotel was under renovation, no breakfast would be included, beds would not be made, the pool was closed. The hotel overall was filthy and our room was in disrepair.

真是个恶心的地方！因为要去看望生病的家人，所以才订了这家酒店。我尝试提前入住，但被告知需要更多时间。我不明白为什么，因为他们给我的房间很脏，显然是上一位客人留下的。床单上有污渍，浴室里有用过的洗漱用品，浴室地板和浴缸里还有人的体毛。而且房间里弥漫着狗、香烟和霉味。工作人员似乎对此毫不惊讶或关心。他们说会全额退款，然后就从Trip.com上消失了，现在我不得不向信用卡公司申诉。为了避免麻烦，千万别来这家酒店，去其他任何地方都比这里强。
绝佳的住宿地点！如果您来这个地区旅游，一定要住这里。
