The staff wasn’t near as friendly as the Hampton Inn at Broadway at the Beach. We dropped my
Mother-in-law off there and they were so welcoming and helpful. We got to ours and received an upgraded room, however; staff was short and not very friendly. We were very surprised about the parking fee. It wasn’t advertised and was an added expense. Throughout our stay the staff was rude and our room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked for it. It just wasn’t what we expected from Hilton.

Room was clean but definitely dated. Carpet was worn and dirty and tub looked like it had seen better days.

Bait and switch
I chose oceanfront room on *******, but was given a different room and the front desk was belligerent insisting they had no knowledge of ******* and the room photos were not expected to be accurate. I only realized I was given the wrong room when housekeeping had the door across the hall open, and I saw the exact view I chose on *******. No apologies were ever given by hotel staff.
