Room was good. Really nice two bedroom two bath suite. Floor was buckled some in one of the bathrooms.
The breakfast was very lacking. Which was disappointing.

There was blood stains on the bedding, the breakfast was horrible. People came in and left to IHOP. We have stayed in other places from them and they have been clean and food was good. Just shocked about the conditions

The room was clean, bathroom was clean, provided the amenities that my mother required. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be staying here in the future!!!

For the money, it's a very good facility and overall experience.
Everything seemed to be very well maintained and clean.
The staff was courteous and efficient.
Our room was clean, quiet, and had evrything we needed.

It was not a good experience. This staff was very rude.The only people that were nice were the maintenance staff.
房间内的空调装置坏了。酒店安装了一个移动装置，并用一条大软管将其固定在窗户上，以接收外部空气。我们的房间是套房，因为我们需要一张折叠床，而移动装置只在客厅区域。卧室没有空调，只有一个吊扇，它不平衡，导致拉链与灯泡碰撞，产生很大的噪音。我们要求换房间，但被告知不能换，因为我们是通过第三方预订的。我们要求折扣，但得到的答案是一样的。此外，房间里没有折叠床的床单或枕头。一切都令人无法接受。这个房间根本就不应该入住。我是希尔顿荣誉客会会员，对酒店的反应和缺乏住宿感到震惊。
我觉得这家酒店有些不足。热水浴缸不能用，我的电视只有 2 个频道，淋浴门底部发霉（发黑），还有一条用过的手巾，上面有化妆品。
