The room was clean. However, after reporting that the TV didn’t work in the living room we were told they would have maintenance come and look at it. They never came. The jacuzzi had a nice size crack in it that made me scared to use it even though an attempt was made to fix by applying caulking. They also charged an additional $115 separately from the room charge. The staff was very nice.

房间本身很棒👌。我给低分的原因如下：1）我们拿到了错误的房间号和钥匙，撞见了其他房客。我们得到的回复只是：“哎呀，很抱歉。这个周末有不止一家姓你的人来我们这里。” 2）然后我们被安排到一栋楼（G栋）的四楼，也就是最高的一层，但电梯坏了。前台给我们的解释只是：“这部分需要加急处理。”电梯昨天坏了。” 我们拿到房间钥匙的时候并没有收到任何警告。直到我们真正走到电梯前，看到“电梯故障”的标志时，我们才知道这一点。至少，没有事先警告让我们非常失望。所以，在我们拖着大包小包爬了四层楼梯之后，我们又在楼梯上上下下走了三天。真是糟糕透了，累人。我们没法邀请母亲开车上来和我们一起坐在房间里，因为她和我们的姑姑们都因为年龄和健康状况而无法爬楼梯。我们真的很想见见我们的家人，他们本来应该在我们去默特尔比奇的时候开车过来探望我们。我一开始就去了前台，想换一间更好更舒适的房间，但没有空房。我们只收到一句“很抱歉。零件现在应该已经到了。”我要求给我的房间打折。当然，工作人员绝对不会同意。他们根本没有提供任何补救措施，让错误的事情变成正确的。什么也没有。
这家酒店比我预想的要好。前台的卢克很热情友好，乐于助人，而且由于我到得很晚，他还推荐了很棒的晚餐。我绝对推荐这家酒店。
