Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Property was not quite what I normally expect from Marriott, but the room was comfortable.

Went to other Marriott previous night and got goodie bag, great welcome, free breakfast and low noise. Totally opposite of this place seems should be relatively same but way different.

This place is awful! The front desk staff was very rude and rolling her eyes when we checked in, before we even saw the awful room. The hotel is under construction. The pool was green. The workout room is closed. Moldy, dirty carpet. They had a Starbucks that was NEVER open. No coffee in the room. When staff was asked about Starbucks and coffee staff was rude! Musty smell in room. The pics on the site are TOTALLY false! Not what you'd expect from Marriot.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I stay at a lot of Marriott properties. This place was an absolute travesty. Granted, they are going through an update, but no gym, it smelled musty, the outside was a disaster. Just a dirty feeling walking through the hotel. Went to my room and said “I don’t think so. “ Cancelled the reservation and went to the Marriott up the street. Hopefully they get it together. There should be some information on the Marriott site about “under construction”

This place hasn’t been cleaned or inspected in a very long time. It gave the impression of a place that was going bankrupt. I attached the photos. When I walked in the room I go on the balcony and step on vomit. There was vomit on the balcony ledge as well. It was dried up and you can tell it had been there for a while. - Furniture is very worn (broken and has nicks). -Bathroom shower missing caulking and broken pieces. -Towels dingy. -No hot water (only lukewarm) to shower with. - Standard coffee that comes with room was missing (only decaf ). - Called front desk and the phone was filthy (lots of dirt and grime) like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. -Pool unavailable because it has a crack in it. -Cloth furniture in bistro stained (yuck)! -Different staff members didn’t know about the elite benefits (am Platinum). One positive is that most of the staff was polite. Read the other reviews. They are true.

最初与酒店员工的互动很糟糕。她把我们安排到一个很脏的房间,马桶上有粪便,淋浴间里还有头发。当我换房间后,她说会帮我降低房费作为补偿。这家酒店简直是个垃圾场。泳池没开放,而且事先没有通知我,让我有机会换酒店。他们不提供早餐。酒吧也无人值守,只有普通员工会在需要的时候临时“调酒”。而且没有热水!酒店总经理写了一封信,说我们可以免罚退房。然而,当我下楼去找前台那个态度极其恶劣的人时,她却拒绝兑现这封信。我真是进退两难!退房时,前台那位女士态度很好,还记下了所有问题。当时我还没被收费,也不知道最终会被收多少钱。结果一周后,他们竟然从我的账户里扣了全款!他们给了我积分。我才不在乎什么积分呢!他们也没有像万豪旅享家网站上说的那样进行价格匹配。网站上显示的房价(不在万豪旅享家网站上)只有我实际支付价格的一半!我经常入住万豪酒店……但如果这个问题得不到解决,他们就会失去我这个客户!
