As a Titanium memeber, this is by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The ice machine was broken on every floor, and so were the laundry machines. One elvator was out. The Bistro also made me the worst Margherita pizza; it was cold and did not look or taste like other Courtyard pizzas. I was overcharged drastically twice during my extended stay, (29 days) and the manager did nothing to fix the issue. House keeping ignores the DND signs on the door because some of them do not speak or read english.

They were and so nice there. The room was comfortable. The shower was great. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing Stay: Dirty Rooms and Broken Amenities
My stay was highly unsatisfactory. The initial room assigned was visibly dirty. Traveling late at night with two babies and luggage, I had to return to the front desk and switch room, a major inconvenience.
The second room was clean but full of problems: the phone line was dead (couldn't reach the front desk), the toilet flush wasn't working, there was no body wash, no water, and no microwave.
Additionally, the overall room service was extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

The first room was dirty. Hair was in the shower, refrigerator did not work, no phone in the room, red dried food stains on carpet, bracket under air conditioner was off and laying on the floor, buttons to call elevator were not working, all but 1 ice machine was not working with no sign to tell where working ice machine was. They moved us to a second room that was supposedly cleaned. In this room there was food left in the refrigerator, stains in the shower, the shower doors had a 2" gap at the top corners and flooded the floor when water was turned on, the toilet tissue holder was nasty and had missing screws, there were stains on the bathroom floor about the size of a quarter, the carpet was sticky and paper towels had been stuffed in the strike plate on the door such that it would not latch, the latch on the balcony sliding door would not lock and there was no security rod for the sliding door. The thermostat on the wall did not work. A tractor trailer was parked outside with the refrigeration unit ran loudly. The front desk folks were friendly and tried to help. They were apologizing. If it was remodeled, it was very poorly done. They could not find a way to compensate us because we are not members of the rewards club.

This place is awful! The front desk staff was very rude and rolling her eyes when we checked in, before we even saw the awful room. The hotel is under construction. The pool was green. The workout room is closed. Moldy, dirty carpet. They had a Starbucks that was NEVER open. No coffee in the room. When staff was asked about Starbucks and coffee staff was rude! Musty smell in room. The pics on the site are TOTALLY false! Not what you'd expect from Marriot.

最初与酒店员工的互动很糟糕。她把我们安排到一个很脏的房间,马桶上有粪便,淋浴间里还有头发。当我换房间后,她说会帮我降低房费作为补偿。这家酒店简直是个垃圾场。泳池没开放,而且事先没有通知我,让我有机会换酒店。他们不提供早餐。酒吧也无人值守,只有普通员工会在需要的时候临时“调酒”。而且没有热水!酒店总经理写了一封信,说我们可以免罚退房。然而,当我下楼去找前台那个态度极其恶劣的人时,她却拒绝兑现这封信。我真是进退两难!退房时,前台那位女士态度很好,还记下了所有问题。当时我还没被收费,也不知道最终会被收多少钱。结果一周后,他们竟然从我的账户里扣了全款!他们给了我积分。我才不在乎什么积分呢!他们也没有像万豪旅享家网站上说的那样进行价格匹配。网站上显示的房价(不在万豪旅享家网站上)只有我实际支付价格的一半!我经常入住万豪酒店……但如果这个问题得不到解决,他们就会失去我这个客户!
