The room was very clean, the breakfast in the morning was great- the omelets were sooooo good! Thank you for the comfortable sleep, we checked in late and woke up early!

The fuse blew when I used the blow dryer. Customer service didn’t know what to do until the maintenance came in at 7am, just inconvenient to have no lights in the bathroom. Maintenance did a reset and all was well.

Excellent hotel. We stay at the Rock Hill Hampton every time we travel to Florida and back. Always excellent. Clean, great breakfast, great area. This year on our way home the hotel was completely booked, so we went a few miles further up the road to another Hampton...never again! Didn't even compare! From now on we are only staying at the Rock Hill Hampton Inn.

The tile in the hallway and bathroom was very sticky. Hated that. The bed? H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. Couldn’t sleep for more than two hours on it, even after lining up the four pillows and buying a mattress liner and doubling that on top of the pillows! Just awful! I described it as a broken piece of plywood with huge globs of dried glue on it.
The public areas were clean, the breakfast was okay (don’t try the individually wrapped cream cheese danish unless you enjoy the flavor of cardboard) but the yogurt was CBN old and in date, milk too.
Didn’t interact much with staff, so I guess they were okay. Could have dressed more professionally for front desk staff.

Small rooms
Good location for us.. very small rooms. Pool was small and was not clean. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was perfect for us.

Bed was comfy. Loved the linens on bed. Shower was fantastic. Loved the room was cool on a really hot, humid day. The fridge keeps drinks really cold.
