First being on business and staying 3 days I was a not impressed with being given a ground floor room. They originally wanted to put next to the gym, they moved be down two room to 107. After getting settled and returning from dinner I discovered the TV wouldn’t work. After the front desk attempted to fix the issue he finally said we’ll get you and room. I was then moved to room 121, again on the ground floor. The BBQ/Lounging area was directly outside my window. For two of the three nights I got to listen to several different conversations from the people directly outside my window. To make things worse the toilet had a slow leak and the water would refill very 6 minutes. I had to keep the bathroom door shut just to sleep. Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.

The lady that checked us in was nice. The room was very clean. I had no issues and would stay there again.

Booked a reasonably priced suite on very short notice without fuss.
Room and facility had good amenities. Friendly staff. Would book there again.

The hotel is in a nice location. The General manager was exceptional after we confronted him with roaches in the room . he took off one night and going to get an exterminator to come in

The manager didn't care about anything. We were there 7 nights and had our room cleaned once after my wife went to the front desk and requested it. Every day she had to go get fresh towels. She was told they only get chaged every 4 days. I would never recommend this or any other marriott location.

I was very happy with my stay at TownePlace suites at rock Hill. The only feedback I have is the pool was not open on the hottest days and then when it was open, It was the day before our checkout day put a damper on that portion of the trip. Thank for being accommodating.

Rude manager throwing me out after being there a week , i damaged a door agreed to make it right my wife calls in my defense fo me losing sleep due to night shifts all around my room children were checking in for basketball tournament

We have been out of our home several months due to a fire and in some limbo after the apt lease had ended. This place gave 4 adults the room they needed and kitchen to work with. Even though the pool was going thru some renovations you could get ni the pool nextdoor at the other hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
