overall nice place and I would go there again. had to move from first room given because of machine noise coming through wall from an adjacent water heating equipment room. staff was sympathetic and helpful..
Fast and prompt check in. All the staff is very kinda nd friendly! The property is in an odd spot that the GPS usually gets a bit lost, not really the properties fault just technology fault. Unfortunately lots of bugs not in the rooms thankfully but in the hallways and stairs. Breakfast is ok. Mainly consists of carbs.

前台工作人员专业、知识渊博且非常乐于助人。我们体验中唯一的小缺点是早餐选择相对我们住过的其他大多数酒店来说比较少，但用餐空间宽敞干净。总而言之，选择住在这家管理良好的酒店绝对不会错。

我们的航班周四深夜（周五凌晨）降落。我们最终在6月14日凌晨2点30分左右到达酒店。一进门，前台服务员就立即告诉我们，她“几分钟内”无法办理入住，因为她要进行审核。我们不断地走到前台询问最新情况，感觉服务员对我们很不耐烦。
25分钟后，审核终于完成了。我们没有得到任何道歉，也没有得到任何补救措施。由于信用卡读卡器一直失灵，我们办理入住时非常沮丧。
我们终于在凌晨3点多一点进入酒店房间。当你期待着你的酒店房间准备好入住，尤其是在这么晚的时候，而工作人员却对此毫不友好时，这种情况真是令人沮丧。
不过，我还是想在早餐时给Cindy点个赞。她很细心、很体贴，而且非常友善。她竭尽全力确保我们的所有需求都得到满足。
房子很干净，我喜欢装修，枕头和床垫都很舒服，唯一不舒服的是暖气坏了，我和前台说了，Niko 很快就解决了问题，维修人员也到了10 分钟后他就已经在另一个房间了，我推荐这家酒店
