Absolutely the very worst Hilton i have ever stayed neither Travelocity or the hotel informed me that they do not do daily services to the room or fresh toiletries. They infores me that in the bathroom there is a 3x3 sign that says it. Further the second day they did not service the room again
I called travelocity and got absolutely no assistance since each hotel makes their own rules.As a hilton honors member for 15 years never again

As listed on our Hilton website we offer daily housekeeping service upon request, otherwise it is every other day. Additionally, this is communicated to our guests at check-in. All the staff we encountered were helpful and polite. The property was very clean. We will stay there again!!!
每次出差这边都是订这家酒店,地理位置不错,附近有两个商场,可以超市买东西,商场买衣服箱包。酒店可以吃早饭和晚饭,味道不错。
一直都住在这个酒店,不过这一次是最失望的一次。同时为携程点赞。酒店在没有跟我确认的情况下认为我还要续住一天,及时发现告知携程我已退房,携程去沟通后,还是扣了一天房费,后来是携程给垫的钱
这家酒店不符合希尔顿酒店的标准,我已经习惯了,酒吧根本不是酒吧,它只是一张桌子,墙上挂着几种酒水,有人告诉我,客房每两天会有女服务员打扫一次,如果我想要干净的毛巾,我应该下来拿。在柜台等了 15 分钟才有人来帮我办理入住手续
地理位置再好不过了!位置便利,靠近餐厅和零售店,而且可轻松前往州际公路!前台工作人员非常友好和乐于助人,清洁人员也非常亲切!我和女儿已经在计划下一次母女度假,我们一定会再次预订这里!
改造看起来很棒
一切看起来都很好。他们仍在完成改造。我想下次我会让我丈夫和我一起去,这样我们就能看看改造后是什么样子
