I had reserved two handicap accessable rooms. when we arrived around 7 pm, there was no one to check us in. I waited several minutes then started knocking on the office door behind the desk with no response. after waiting 13 minutes I saw someone walking towards us from the very far end of the hall. Must have been in one of the vacant rooms? It was the receptionist. When he got to the desk he asked for the names then spent several minutes typing. at no time did he make eye contact or talk to us. He finally gave us keys. Only one room was handicap access. When I returned the luggage cart to the lobby, there was no one at the desk. I called out but no response. on the plus side Housekeeping , kitchen staff and morning rceptionist were very friendly and helpful.

The first room we received was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they got us a new room immediately. It was a little hi cup but they fixed it and we had no other issues. The second room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Great Hotel !!
We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The only negative was the water pressure. It was pretty weak. Everything else was wonderful. Cleanliness, politeness of the staff, comfortable bed, etc.
I made use of the exercise room daily. The Peloton was a nice touch as were the free weights. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold choices.
Shoutout to two sisters, Nancy & Nilsa who staffed the breakfast buffet. They were very friendly and helpful. LaKendra, front desk receptionist, was also super friendly and helpful.

I needed a place to escape a bathroom re-do for a few days. Thought I’d try because it is less than 5 miles from my house - stating there was the BEST decision - staff is kind and accommodating- facility is spotless and all areas well maintained - breakfast was so good with choices got everyone.
While the bathroom re-do has been nothing but a head ache the stay in the hotel was heavenly - I wonder if I could get the staff to find help me out my house back in order 😜. I would highly recommend this location for your “ getaway” from whatever you need to escape

我从周四住到周日。我要求周六打扫房间，但房间没有打扫干净。房间应该每隔一天打扫一次。垃圾桶里满是垃圾，毛巾和面巾都很脏。我入住期间没有打扫房间。
这是最差的酒店！空调散发出浓重的气味。我们把空调盖拆下来试图清洁它，因为酒店说他们不使用香水。太脏了，从电梯到房间。
