It’s what you’d expect from a roadside Motel. The room had a tiny unpleasant order to it… I have a sensitive nose. I had some air freshener so problem solved. I run a KOA campground so I understand the challenges in this type of bussiness. The decore could use some updating but that’s really nitpicking. For my purposes. It did just fine. You guys are doing a good job. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise… but as we both know we have to do that from time to time.

Great hotel. The suite to sleep 6 was top notch. King bed and 2 queens, loved it for a family of 6!

Love our check in clerk, Tiffani. Friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy at check in. We enjoyed the breakfast variety. The pool was fun and plenty of towels available. Our only concern: after our 1st night, we did not have any shampoo. By the end of the 2nd night, we were out of conditioner, toliet paper, tissues, and were in need of fresh towels. We requested new conditioner, towels and for the trash to be taken out that morning. The front desk clerk said that the room would not be serviced as we hadn't stayed for 3 nights, yet. The sign adhered to the bathroom mirror said that if we needed anything before that to let the desk know before 11 a.m., which we did. Upon evening arrival, we were still out of said supplies and the trash had not been removed. I took out dirty towels and two trash bags to the front desk. Tiffani graciously obtained fresh towels and new trash liners for me. I stopped by the open supply cart room and got the conditioner and toliet paper. We loved the stay overall, but we suggest a bit more attention to service.

I would have rated this a bit higher, but when I put everything together, it isn't a place I'd stay again. I first had my credit card company call me to tell me I had two charges on my card, both for same property and one random charge for 350 or more. We didn't have washcloths in our room, and on the night before we were to leave i noticed there was what appeared to look like mold, but later the manager said it was dirt that came from the shelf under the sink. It was a large area and had been missed in cleaning. When i went to check out the front desk person was overwhelmed and stressed, and said he was on his own getting breakfast ready and managing the front desk and sharing a bunch of personal stuff.

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed fairly hard, breakfast first morning was not good, gravy pasty and almost empty, this or the biscuits were not being refilled and we sat there for at least an hour. Our next 2 days was better. I would however stay here again.

The hotel and staff was amazing.Well maintained,clean and easy to get everywhere we wanted to. If I would have 1 critique it would be that there was no dresser or drawers in the room to put my clothes in just open shelving. Otherwise it was great.

Nice place to stay, except expect to pay $100 deposit that could take 10-15 days to be put back into your account if they dont find any issues. I would not stay here again due to the deposit being so much. I paid by ******* had no idea of that big if deposit until showed up for check in.

我们特意预订了一间带壁炉和按摩浴缸的房间。房间装修比较老旧,只进行过部分翻新。灯开关、浴室设施和小厨房都用了几十年,有些地方已经褪色泛黄。除此之外,其他设施都还不错,但如果能进行一次整体翻新,营造出更现代的氛围,对酒店和房间来说都会是很大的提升。清洁工作很敷衍,厨房桌子底下还有之前客人留下的灰尘和食物残渣。我们预订了两晚,第二天却发现床铺没有整理,这让我们很意外;显然,这很正常,酒店只更换毛巾。我们没有咖啡滤纸,就在桌上留了张纸条,并给了小费,但酒店完全无视了。第二天我们去前台拿了一个新的;其他客人也遇到了同样的问题,前台直接从抽屉里拿了一个新的滤纸过来。前台接待员非常热情友好,乐于助人。
