Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Adjacent to several eateries and fairly close to lots retail shopping.

I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often.
The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well.
I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this hotel offered a discount for family members of people in the ICU in the Loveland hospital like some of the other hotels do. That would be the icing on the cake to an already good hotel.

The property is excellent. However, perhaps it is close to the main street, you will hear occasional loud engine noise screaming by.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Guests using the patio late in the evening were very noisy making it difficult to get good rest. Once the patio guests went inside, we had the misfortune of being in the room next to them. The breakfast was lackluster, but that seems to be the norm for most hotels lately.

Polite staff helpful and made good suggestions for activities. The pool had far too much chlorine and the smoke detector was off the roof. It wasn't a bad experience. Pretty normal stay.

Wonderful breakfast
Comfortable needs. Pool was dirty with floating bugs and sand at the bottom of the pool. We swam one night and didn't swim again because of cleanliness. Breakfast was worth the stay.

noisy from the high way. the elevator was down, most of the time. and we had the 3rd four. i asked if they word refund any money for that and not have heard anything about it.

Our kids got sick after swimming in the pool. The chlorine level appeared to be too high.
