Dear Embassy Suites Team,
One of the things we’ve always enjoyed most about Embassy Suites is the Atrium. We love spending our evenings there as a family, playing board games and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, during this stay, the Atrium lighting was extremely dim. Around 6:30 p.m., we went down to play a game and had trouble finding a table with enough light to see the board. We settled near the breakfast area, but by 7:00 p.m., the lights were completely turned off, leaving us unable to continue.
We understand dimming the lights during quiet hours—around 10 or 11 p.m.—but having them off as early as 7 p.m. makes the beautiful Atrium space unusable in the evenings. Thankfully, one of your staff members noticed our struggle and kindly turned on a few lights for us, which we truly appreciated. However, this should not have been necessary. The lighting should remain bright enough for guests to comfortably use the space.
Another aspect we’ve always enjoyed at Embassy Suites is the breakfast, but this time it was quite disappointing. The waffles were hard, the pancakes were thick and undercooked inside, and there were no bagels or biscuits and gravy, items that are standard even at more modes

Having to pay seperately by phone for parking is a pain. Jus add to cost of room and be done!
Also, pillows are terrible.

Friendly staff, Ate at the restaurant- food was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hallways were quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Close to highway - very noisy when outside - but could not hear noise at all in hotel . I got a parking ticket from parking in the hotel parking lot - this was incredibly discouraging after such a nice stay ,

Really easy stay, and definitely the best breakfast with made to order omelets and other choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of luggage carts and 3 fast elevators. Thanks, I am a repeat customer.

Room was clean and quiet, bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Also a great location for shows at the Blue FCU Arena. ~ 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the venue. Would definitely stay there again if needed to stay in Loveland

Great breakfast and dinner options . The only downside hand soap and shower soap weren’t empty but pump malfunctioning .
