Stay was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Our room didn’t have a shower curtain when we arrived. We called the front desk but they had to wait until the next morning when the maid service arrived. Everything else was good

Our room had a doorbell. Let that sink in. 100% this was an extended stay room. The room smelled like a care home (urine). Dirty sock under the bed. Blinds had no cord so you couldn't put them up and because of the design we couldn't rig them to stay up either. Breakfast was passable as "edible". For $150/night!?!? Fool me once. Never again.

酒店回复: Your room had a doorbell because you booked a king accessible room! These rooms are meant for people with physical or visual disabilities, hence the doorbell. The blinds are not meant to roll up with a string, there is a device on the wall that is used to bring them up using a motorized device. This is meant to make it easier for people with physical disabilities. I will speak to housekeeping about dirty socks being found in the room however our current cleanliness score is 94.3% which is higher than some larger properties. This score was given to us in a recent Hilton audit. I recommend booking standard rooms in the future if you want the rooms to be more user friendly for people without disabilities. We wish you the best of luck in your future lodging needs.

I would recommend people to stay at this hotel. Staff is really friendly, rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, and the pool was nice to swim. Location was great, didn’t have any sketchy people in the area. Lots of food options near by especially if you like In-N-Out. Would stay again when I come back to Denver area.

My room (220) was “accessible,” which meant compromised re normal accommodation. The window curtains were in permanent blackout mode, no way to let in light, so the room was dark. There was little furniture. The bathroom sink was small and the big clunky faucet protruded so far that it blocked access. The shower was in a tub, which is weird choice for an accessible room. Finally, the party in the room above clomped through their room from one end to the other every few minutes for most of my stay.
