Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good room for the right price!

The hotel was close to the downtown area. The gas station next door had some sketchy people hanging around at times but nothing obviously unsafe. The HVAC in our room did not work very well, the room would get warm and no matter how cold we set the AC, it would only kick on for a few minutes at a time and never really cool the room. The cleanliness of the room was OK, the biggest issue was we found long black hairs (neither me or my wife have long black hair) in several areas of the room, on the toilet, in the bathtub, on towels, on the bathroom floor. That was a bit of a turn off. We never ate the breakfast but the coffee was really good. The staff was very, very friendly and gave us good information on the local area, places to eat, things to see. etc.

Cockroach in bathroom and manager did not care did nothing even after we checked out manager was insensitive to disabilities and of having service dogs saying we had bought the vest and they were not real service animals.that they should not bark at all if they were service animals so she charged us a pet fee and said there was a complaint.

Shout out to Juliana at the front desk
i was lucky to hace juilana at the front desk when i got there early. she graciously held my bag, allowed me to change, and made sure my room was made ready. it made my day.

Nice place to stay, quality desk staff.
Front counter staff was excellent. Breakfast food staff was putting out food not wearing gloves which is a good safety issue. Ice bucket in room had water from a previous guest.

I would have liked to have stayed here, but I was unable to due to a family emergency. I reached out to the hotel and never heard back. Very unfortunate.
