我预订这家酒店是因为它离泰森麦吉机场很近,方便赶早班飞机。登记入住时才发现免费班车要到早上7点才开始运营。工作人员给了我一个服务号码,我们准时赶上了航班。等司机的时候,我注意到隔壁的酒店有班车。下次我赶早班飞机的时候,我还会住这家酒店。
无障碍设施……没有
房间是无障碍房间。浴室不是!!!!
步入式淋浴间很棒,直到我打开门准备洗澡,却发现只有一根扶手;淋浴间至少需要三根扶手!!!!马桶简直是笑话……马桶不高,也没有扶手。站起来一点也不好玩。每次上厕所都需要人帮忙。
入住时间是下午 3 点,但是当我们询问是否可以提前 15 分钟左右入住时,我们被要求等待大约 20 分钟。这没什么大不了的,但我们实际上等到了 3:30 左右。听起来似乎不多,但是在车上待了 17 个小时后,我们筋疲力尽。我们对此表示理解,但仍然很沮丧。我们房间里的厕所非常不平衡,但是可以使用。总的来说,它很干净,感觉很安全。机场很近,但除了一两架飞机外,并不吵,所以我并不感到困扰。在我们入住期间,前台工作人员通常会在我们进出时向我们打招呼。星期六晚上,在营业时间,我在酒吧等了大约五分钟,但酒吧区没有人,所以我没有留下来。

干净、友好的员工
这家酒店太棒了!这也是我没有给五星的唯一原因。那位年轻的女士独自一人负责早餐。她要负责接早餐订单、冲泡星巴克咖啡、做饭。更何况还是在周末高峰期!我真是替她感到难过!不过除此之外,这次住宿体验很棒!
工作人员非常热情周到!!
入住手续很便捷,我用自己的名义预订的,我父母比我先到。我直接打了个电话,他们就很轻松地安排他们入住了。而且我父母走路不方便,所以他们很贴心地给我们安排了一间靠近电梯的房间。
