Check in person was great. Room is old. Sheets didnt fit bed. Bathroom has no vent. Room is an ada and bathroom floors are dangerous. I would like a refund or at least a discount.
Wouldnt stay here again.

Hotel inside is old and musty smelling and does not appear to have been updated. Carpet in entryway was coming loose, dirty and rippled… does not look well-maintained.

I had to get maintenance to fix the toilet twice. The toilet had very low flush pressure.

在音乐之城真的一切顺利,从机场到这个酒店只花了不到二十分钟,一个弯拐进来就到酒店,很方便,酒店也不错,服务人员很热情,入住后去老城区的酒吧也很方便。
我住过最差的酒店之一。空调换了三次,最后我们的房间还被停用了。
我们到达时接待我们的是斯科特,他真是太棒了。他友善、礼貌,而且非常乐于助人。他应该得到加薪和晋升。我住在四楼,走廊里弥漫着一股极其刺鼻的化学气味,像是工业胶水或油漆稀释剂的味道,简直令人窒息。幸好这股气味没有飘进房间,但因为味道太浓,你肯定不想离开房间。斯科特告诉我们酒店正在进行装修,并对此深表歉意。房间干净舒适,但可惜的是,淋浴设施却不尽如人意。水温最多只能算温热,我的孙女和女儿根本无法洗澡。由于极端天气导致大范围停电,我们没能享用早餐。总的来说,入住这家酒店最大的亮点就是他们出色的客户服务,这大概也是我再次入住的唯一原因。

这家酒店需要翻新。浴室门背后的油漆剥落了,淋浴间角落的天花板破了,熨衣板坏了,熨衣垫很脏,马桶上也有污渍。我们也没有得到酒店说的客房清洁服务。
布伦特伍德住宿条件不错,舒适宜人。淋浴间有些霉菌,地毯也有些旧了。前台服务专业周到。有些清洁工不懂英语,不得不打电话给前台。
